The society needed a professional digital presence to manage their complex membership structure and conference events.
They required a lightweight but secure way to handle doctor registrations, approvals, and fee collections without relying on heavy enterprise software or manual paperwork.
The Solution
We architected a "Serverless" workflow using Next.js API routes with a dynamic frontend for different membership tiers.
- Automated Workflow: Registration → Secure Email Approval → Payment Link → Webhook Verification.
- Razorpay Webhook: Real-time payment verification that automatically updates the database.
