The Challenge

Chatru Halwai, a heritage sweet shop established in 1989 in Muzaffarnagar, needed a digital presence to reach a wider audience.

The main challenge was to modernize a traditional brand without losing its authenticity. We needed a solution that was simple enough for non-tech-savvy customers to use, avoiding complicated logins or payment gateway signups that often lead to drop-offs in the local market.

The Solution

We built a high-performance, responsive web application that serves as a digital menu and ordering platform.

  • Direct-to-WhatsApp Checkout: We skipped the payment gateway. Orders are formatted into a structured text message sent instantly to the owner.
  • Festival Theme Manager: An engine that automatically updates the site's colors and animations based on the season.

Responsive Experience

Designed meticulously for both desktop power users and mobile-first shoppers.
